Just like those Quicktune tuners.

This app reminds me of those Quicktune tuners of the 90s. They worked kinda, they were cheap and sometimes they would tune guitar. I couldnt even use it. Would not tune good enough for me to play. So save your money and buy Guitar Toolkit. Its the best tuner around. I dont get how this app has gotten four stars overall. Maybe it works a lot better on iPhone 4. I have a 3GS.
